The Learning Process
Learning is a journey. There are 3 success principles to follow:
- Identify your strengths and weaknesses to motivate yourself to improve or to find others to help fill the gap.
- Ongoing dialogue between students, peers, and instructors. This creates a continuous loop of ongoing learning.
- Having a challenging & attainable action plan. The rule of thumb is to follow the 70/20/10 formula:
- 70% hands on learning
- 20% from feedback
- 10% from training
