The Learning Process

Learning is a journey.  There are 3 success principles to follow:

  1. Identify your strengths and weaknesses to motivate yourself to improve or to find others to help fill the gap.
  2. Ongoing dialogue between students, peers, and instructors.  This creates a continuous loop of ongoing learning.
  3. Having a challenging & attainable action plan.  The rule of thumb is to follow the 70/20/10 formula:
  • 70% hands on learning
  • 20% from feedback
  • 10% from training
